At Soft Rows, we take great pride in the quality of our products, which are carefully crafted with care and intention. Due to the time-intensive and labor-heavy nature of our production process, and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless a product arrives damaged or defective. If this happens, please contact us at hey@softrows.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue and ensure you're taken care of.
